Hello

I’m Carolyn Nice, a logistics and operations leader who’s led teams across high-tempo missions where failure wasn’t an option. In uniform, rank gave me instant credibility; in civilian life, I learned to earn it—through delivery. Today I help executives and organizations translate big goals into repeatable systems, and I write and speak about what I call the “victory trajectory”—the moment you decide to stop spiraling and start moving forward with discipline, grace, and measurable wins.

I'm an operations executive, 20-year U.S. Army logistics and procurement veteran (LTC), and writer of my first book. I have led large, time-critical missions across multiple installations, coordinated complex movement programs for military families, and built private-sector operating systems that deliver measurable results. As CEO of Red Hulk Logistics and former Military Moves Program Manager for a Fortune 500 Company, I specialize in executive rhythms, cross-functional execution, and supply-chain initiatives that turn strategy into throughput. My upcoming book, Boss Ma’am (Tactical 16, Summer 2026), translates battlefield-tested leadership into practical tools for women leading under pressure. I hold an M.S. in Supply Chain Management from Georgetown, DAU contracting credentials, and software engineering training. Off-duty, I'm the President of Fundraiser and board member of the Association of Fort Bragg Spouses (501c3 Non-Profit). I enjoy bread-baking, reading 2-3 books at a time, and a golfer. I believe gratitude and stillness are force multipliers. I live my “victory trajectory” philosophy.
